DEGREE OF PROTECTION : The motors are designed for protection IP55 according to @DIN EN
60034-5 (complete protection against contact, protection against
harmful
dust, so also, protection against water directed through a hose in any
direction.
FRAME DESIGN : The motors are in Aluminium alloy housing. Terminal box for all
the above frames is of Aluminium.
All foot
mounted motors in frames 63 to 100 are with integral mounting feet. Foot
mounted motors in frames 112 and 132 have
bolted feet.
The motors are suitable for horizontal as well as vertical
mounting - universal type of
construction.
COOLING : The external cooling fan is of plastic and the fan cowl of
corrosion protected sheet steel.
PAINT : The normal paint is in shade RAL 7030
(grey). This paint is
suitable for climate group worldwide as per DIN IEC 721, Part
2-1 and also
for aggresive atmospheres up to 1% acid and alkali concertration or
permanent dampness in sheltered rooms.
RATING PLATE AND CE
marking : The motors have international rating plate. The 50/60 Hz data,
the service factor and CE marking are provided on the
rating plate of all motors.
