SPECTRUM series motors are employed with diecast rotors with a unique double skew arrangement , resulting in higher locked rotor, and pull out torques. Thus driven equipments are accelerated quickly, relieving the motor of undesirable and prolonged thermal burden.
Excellent thermal reserve and longer stall withstand time :
PRIMO / SPECTRUM series motors are designed to have excellent thermal reserve and longer stall withstand time at cold and hot conditions so that the motors are used for driving even stringent applications, like agitators, conveyors, mills etc.
Low noise level :
PRIMO / SPECTRUM series motors are designed for lower levels of noise. This is achieved by employing a
cooling fan of smaller diameter and aerodynamically designed fan blades using the latest CAD techniques. The new technology in fan design has also resulted in reduced windage losses.
2 - Size with C3 clearance bearings for high speed and 3-size with C3 clearance bearings for slow speed are selected for use in PRIMO / SPECTRUM series motors for increased bearing life and reliability.
